ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for occupancy, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• U.S. Citizen or qualified alien, District of Columbia resident and/or public housing authority resident;
• Be in need of assistance with activities of daily living;
• Willing to undergo preadmission screening and found in need of nursing facility level of care;
• Be eligible and certified to receive Medicaid;
• Agree to a criminal background check.
